Having been in a car wilderness for a few years (BMW 730 big and comfortable but not a very exciting drive, SAAB 900 convertible slow noisy and gutless, Mitsubishi shogun sport 4x4 nice high up driving position but out accelerated by routemaster buses), I have recently gone back to Mercedes and purchased a C43 (should be losing my license very shortly!).
I am just curious looking at the internal vanity mirrors these are non illuminated but have the brass contacts on the 'clip'.
Does anyone know to get illuminated versions if it is a case of just replacing the visor unit or does these involved more wiring?
