Injector Code IMA not accepted!

As some may know from other posts I had all 6 of my Bosch Injectors rebuilt and new codes generated. My issue is that two of the new codes wont take/be accepted?

I've read other posts were this happens....the OM642 (ML280 2007) ECU only accepts codes with a certain range....???

These are the two codes that it will not accept....

FCL50SH

I've checked that there is not a five in place of a S, 1 not an L etc.....so in essance the above codes are correct and confirmed by the garage...
I've looked for a program that will "decode" but can't find any.....

This is the post I found:-
I was able to decode the IMA code from injector and apparently the values are out of range accepted by car's ECU.
Here are values coded on injector:
EM: 2.0mm3/stroke
LL: 0.8mm3/stroke
VL: 2.8mm3/stroke
VE: 0.5mm3/stroke
VE2: 0.8mm3/stroke.

Maximum allowed for EM is: 1.8 mm3/stroke and for VL is: 2.5 mm3/stroke. I changed the values to as close as possible so ECU can accept them, then generated new code and ECU seems to be happy now.

Seems I need the same but x2....i.e. which ever breakdown of the code is too high....the code that is closest or vice versa....

In short I need the closest matching codes to the two I have given that the car will accept!
Can anyone help?
