Hello...a check in my car says: reduce oil level. What does it mean?s

Pretty sure you need to check your oil level

It's over full, this can be bad for an engine, depending on the level of overfill, there is a possibility of causing a hydraulic lock on the underside of the pistons and causing some quite severe damage if it's really overfull. The level should be no higher than the top full mark on the dipstick when hot.
