Instrument Cluster (12 button steering wheel)

Hi, new to the forum.

My partner has just purchased a June 2013 Registered C350 AMG Sport Saloon, I noticed today that she had a Red lamp come on in the Instrument Cluster that contains the Fuel and Coolant Temperature Gauges the lamp is just above the 120 mark on the coolant temperature gauge although the actual needle was indicating just over 80, this was the only lamp lit as the actual warning lamp that shows the thermometer was not lit.

Any help would be gratefully received

Just a thought, could it be just an indicator to show that is the "hot" end of the temperature scale and it was lit because the auto headlights had gone on????

The best source of dash warning lights is the owners manual. If you haven't got one in the glove box, you can download one from the American MB web site (UK MB for some reason best known to themselves do not offer this service!)
