Instrument cluster error

Apologies if this is a really basic question but I'm useless with cars.

My instrument cluster is showing an error message that I cannot find an answer to. It says:

Instrument cluster
Lights
Vehicle
Factory setting

I cannot see the function of the car has been affected in any way.

Anyone any ideas if this is something I can reset myself or if I need to back it back to Merc?

That seems to be just a lighting option menu, and nothing to worry about.

These are just options for settings, nothing to worrry about.

Refer to your owners’ manual for further details.

Looks like you may have accidentally pressed one of the menu buttons on the steering wheel.
The user manual should show you how to return to normal display.
