I am the proud owner of a C-class 220 CDI 2008 Elegance Automatic in Obsidian Black. I have owned the Merc for just over 12 months and it is my first automatic.
The automatic drive took me a little time to get used to as I kept finding the"clutch" handbrake and had plenty of practice at emergency stops.
Overall mpg is 35 to 48 depending on traffic, length of journey and as I live in Wales; how many hills or mountains are in the way.
Great car to drive and when kept clean and polished the black and chrome really sets the shape off.
