"It can only go up in value"....hmmmm

In general, decent examples of these cars will hold their value, IMO. I also think that the best will gain in value over the next 5+ years.

This one is very expensive though, and it can indeed lose money, therefore.

Mine is the same age, with a much higher spec, and only another 5k miles or so, and it's not worth that much...

That will be tricky to shift at that price.. I do like ads that use the word 'coachwork' though, got to be worth an extra grand for that alone

What is the spec? All I can see is AC and highish looking none sports chassis and 4spd box..

Smart money is allegedly in collectables at the moment - perhaps we'll see a flurry of silly price hikes like the 80's ;)

Re. C124's, I think there is simply too many of them about at the bottom end at the moment, certainly around SE London - about 5 years of neglect might see to that (even the legendary 124 quality isn't that tough... I hope).

im hoping they eventually rise in value too, i dont really "need" mine but im keeping it as a future classic.....agree on the price though, mine is 105000 miles, almost tip top condition, and i certainly wouldnt value it that high

nice car but no electric seats (well from the pic) and thoes mats are terrible, ive got cream carpets and had some cream mats made to fit the car perfectly and look like the carpet

seems if somone is selling a w124 coupe with low milage they seem to think its worth a fortune

well ill be thinking that when the TT goes up for sale
