Hi,

Just picked up my new car from Mercedes Transport in Milton Keynes. A good mate of mine works for Mercedes F1 and got me on the lease deal which has fantastic pricing. Anyway ordered a 350 CDI Sport estate base with no extra's as the lease is only 12 months then you hand it back and get a new one or pay the settlement. Was really chuffed when I picked it up as Merc had loaded it with extra's - leather seats, heated seats, 18" AMG alloys, COMAND and privacy glass. I was gob smacked.

Whilst I was there they were about to prep these two beauties

probably be a while until I see two of these sat next to each other again.

Looks great stunning car. Sounds like you got a fantastic deal. So you're paying a standard flat rate for the car irrespective of the options on it? Sounds great.

A friend of a friends girlfriend works at Mercedes MK and has has access to some of these too. Think they were entitled to two cars, I can't remember the prices either but they were able to get SL's at a very reasonable rate!

Mango-sounds good. It was probably in MBs interest to spec the car well as 350cdi is a top engine, when its resale time they'll have more joy selling it if its well spec'd.

The SL350 was on the list at just over £500 or how about a GL350 CDI at just over £400!

no you have to choose the xenon light pack for the front LKED's but think they are standard on the 2011 model. as for the lease deal sorry no im lucky to have it myself.
