Lost key blade

I’ve unfortunately lost the key blade (but not the electronic key fob!) to my W208. I only had one.

I’ve got a key blank. Is there any way to have a key cut still or am I stuffed and need to find new barrels?

Best speak to a MB dealer, it may be possible to get a replacement via Germany.

Fwiw when I purchased a replacement electronic key from Mercedes, they offered a new blade key to go with it as an optional extra. I opted to pay the extra, and when my new key arrived the supplied blade was a perfect fit. So the correct key blade code must be allocated to the Vin ?
