So,

Mobile mechanic came around, did a service and changed droplinks, he had the ignition on for some of the work, and the battery drained - but was just powerful enough to start the car when hed finished.

Thing is, the command unit will not power on, nor are any of the radio/cd buttons lit - weirdly though the heated seat button/parking aid all light up, which are part of the same unit.

I scanned and got - B210A84 - POWER SUPPLY LOW

I charged the battery overnight, and was hoping a full charge and a time with the car without power would sort it but unfortunately not.

Its almost like i need to reset a module or something.

Anyone any ideas - would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks.

Try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins and reconnecting.
Are you sure the overnight charge got the battery fully up to full voltage (12.6v)?

Hi, Yes the battery is full voltage, I tried disconnecting for 30 mins but didn't work.

There is voltage at the connector block behind the head unit, not sure if that's just for the heated seats and parking though, as they both work.
I've checked the fuses I can see - not sure where to go from here in in...

Any ideas guys?

Is there a fuse on the back of your Comand unit?

Hi- yes that was my first check, its all good.

Its as if the module that has detected the low voltage issue needs resetting, how is that done?
