Yes, based on the oil spec it is suitable for your engine. However, just to add that some of AMG guys prefer Mobil-1.

Mannol is a reputable company and I've bought their oil myself however Mannol is generally a "meet the specifications" oil rather than being actually approved by Mercedes. Now that might just mean Mannol weren't prepared to pay the high cost of having Mercedes test and approve the oil but frankly you have no way of knowing for sure so I'd be tempted to draw the line if I owned a high performance engine like an E63 and buy an approved oil like Mobil 1.
