Marked lights not working.

Firstly by marker lights I mean the front & rear parking lights taht come on when you leave the indicator stalk to the left or right.

I recently had to change my front sam unit as i was suffered with all kinds of messages & problems, easy change MB Exeter gave me a discount price so all seemed well as the warning messages had stopped.

Now when I turn the lights on I get 2 malfunctions on the display which lead me to the marker lights not working, everything else is fine & the ligts worked prior to sam change,

Anyone got any clues as to what maybe wrong ?

When you changed the sam unit who coded it back to the same spec as the old one and was this done on a star machine

It hasn't been coded at all since the change. Are you sayingthat it needs to be re coded/

Fortunately I do have a friend with a star machine which he uses at his work

Yeah it would be worth getting the coding checked first before jumping in too deep too quick
