Praise to the dealers when it's due.

Had a warning light on my R350 which indicated possbile fuel pressure problems so booked it in. Dealer checked things for about 1 hour and fixed a number of problems free-of-charge because I was a good customer.

Same dealership that refused to sell me replacement numberplates unless I paid them to fit them.

I'm pleased to see they have upped their game since then. Maybe it was my moan at them that helped in some little way.

No doubt the sales staff will be calling you soon to see if you fancy a new car ...

They fitted my number plates at no extra charge. Wiper blades too.

Nothing but praise for them i lost my locking wheel key and as they had 2 spare the parts person gave me one free of charge.

My SiL and her husband switched away from MB some years back after a similar situation was handled less helpfully by this *same* dealership.

So credit to the current team.
