Media no device connected

Hi I have a 2015 c230 and Samsung s10 until this week all was fine, now even though the phone is connected for calls no media is connected. The media still works fine on the wife's fiat and I have reset everything on the phone and deleted and re added my phone the c230 looked all over google but still no luck any help would be appreciated
