Mercedes automatic goes to high revs sometimes

Hi all,

I have E200d 2017. I had it from new and full MB serviced car which now has 158,000 on the clock.
When driving Eco mode (as I offeterndrive on Eco Mode) the Revs goes up and the speed doesn't respond to the same level of Revs.
Anyone have any idea ?
