Mercedes B200 W245 in car Phone -

Good morning guys, my name is Antonio and I am new here.
My B200 has just arrived and I am wondering what I should buy to use my iPhone in bluetooth with car.

In the pictures below you can see what I have found inside the armest, I had something similar in my old C 180 but there was a nokia 63 something attached, can you please help me with this?

The car model is a B200 CDI year 2008.
