Mercedes-Benz Classic magazine

Ever since buying my MB (new from dealer) I've had this magazine delivered and I thoroughly enjoy the read.

Did my dealer instigate it or perhaps MBUK? No-one has ever claimed credit and I'm loathe to ask as I don't want to upset the apple cart and someone stop it. How long can I expect it to continue arriving?

1 year if a 2nd hand car. Probably 2 or 3 for a new one.

As far as I am aware it is something everyone who buy a new Mercedes gets. Although it is 6 weeks since I took delivery and I have still not recieved mine. How long after you got your car did you get your 1st magazine?

How do I get on that database?

Just had mine (about 21 months old so you'd think they might see a potential sale coming up shortly) in for some warranty work (leaking seals on the diff) and I said to my missus 'I wonder if the accountants decide on the loan vehicle and I'll get an 'A' Class or whether it's the sales guys and I get something nice to play around with?'

The Magazine is one of the benefits of joining the Mercedes-Benz Club , along with 'The Gazzette' which is produced by the club .

Mercedes-Benz Classic is the successor to 'In Aller Welt' which was a subscription magazine 'for the friends of the three-pointed-star' .

The Mercedes Benz Club is brilliant value for money I think, with this magazine and the Gazette alone it's worth the subscription, the truck part of the Classic mag is also quite interesting and different.

Much better than the one you can buy in a newsagents IMHO.

It's a quarterly publication. This quarter's arrived yesterday, also thanks to the official owners' club.

yep i get it too (from being a member of "the club").

There is always one or two articles in the Classic magazine that interests me. i wouldnt pay for it seperately though as the content isnt that great IMO. Some previous issues have had some excellent articles in however.
