It's amazing how big some of the parking spaces are in the US, just look at that picture of the C63 Coupe parked up.
Even the spaces they have marked as 'compact car only' are reasonably sized

I've just come back from a trip to fill up before work tomorrow - you can't beat driving on winding roads/dual carriage ways !
Driving in the US is relatively easy for everything, including parking - no problems taking the GL into multi stories out there.
16MPG was quite respectable as well.
