Just done a two day enhancement on this GL over the weekend so thought I'd share and one thing I learnt is they're b****y mahoosive!!!

It clearly hadn't been washed for quite some time and also had a lot of buffer trails and sanding marks from a trip to a bodyshop sometime in its life.

Saturday the weather was glorious and sunny but Sunday was the complete opposite! Haven't seen rain like it in a long time! Thankfully Olly let me use his workshop to finish off.

After a long wash with Zaino Z7 and G101 the vehicle was de-tared using Autosmart Tardis and Clayed using Bilt-Hamber Soft before the polishing could begin.

I started off with Menzerna 203s but it wasn't enough so Fast Cut+ was used followed by the 203s.

After the whole car was polished it had another wash to remove all the dust and finished with two coats of Zaino Z5 pro topped off with Z8.

Thanks Peter, hope all is well. I'm sure it can't be as bad! Maybe leave it with Olly for a few extra days next time it needs some work.

Beautiful, black is such a rewarding colour once properly prep'd!!
