Mercedes Me Help Required

Hi All. I have recently purchased a 2019 Mercedes Benz C-Class diesel saloon.

I downloaded the Mercedes Me App and activated a trial period for remote door locking etc.

However, the activation has remained pending. When I go to Settings in the car which is non touch screen I can create an hotspot. However, when checking internet status it just says connecting and does not move past this point.

Does anybody have any ideas on how to proceed. Mercedes Me and local dealer so far have failed to resolve this.

Does "remote door locking" work then? What else does the "etc." cover? Internet connectivity needs a separate service subscription, if you have that, how long ago did you purchase the service?

No services work. You mentioned internet connectivity needs a separate service subscription. I’m guessing the car has not got this. Do I just go through Mercedes for this as they have not even mentioned that this may be the reason why the car can’t connect.

I found the Mercedes me service terrible. My C207 was written off some 12 months ago and a few days ago I received an email stating that the coolant levent was low.
