Just had my ML 320 CDI gearbox software updated to Jan 2009 version.
I had this done under warrantee.
The only way this was possible was to have new gearbox vavle body installed, otherwise it would not accept the update.
Now drives better than the time it was new. Excellent gear change and no jerking at all.
