Mercedes w124-Muffler and CAT

Hey members!

So I am new here.... I recently bought a Mercedes w124 230E which is in mint condition. However, I do not know much about the w124 series because I have been focusing only on my w202 and w203. So, I need some help...

First of all, the muffler and CAT of the w124 is not in good condition. So, I decided to change them and go for magnaflows.

I may be buying the 12225 model. It has a satin finish, single 2.25" outlet, single 2.25" inlet. I wanted to buy dual outlets but read that for a 4 cylinder, dual tips may have adverse impact on performance.

I am searching for a magnaflow catalytic converter but I am lost due to the variety of CATs that magnaflow offers. So can anyone please recommend me a magnaflow CAT that will fit on my car?

hey!

So I finally bought this muffler.

But the current tail pipe of my car will not fit into the muffler's offset inlet.

Can anyone please tell me where to find a connector or maybe a whole tail pipe which will connect to the muffler's offset inlet?
