Mercedes w211 estate (s211) boot seal

Hi can someone help me with sourcing a new seal for at the top of my S211's tailgate. It has fallen down and is very cracked and perished. I spoke to my local Mercedes dealer and they couldn't get one. I don't know the part number either. Thanks in advance. William

There's no real seal. It seemed to me that Mercedes never supplied a replacement.

How annoying, will have to try and bond it back in place somehow.

There is a part, piece that fits there. Bought one a few years ago for my S211 but no longer have the car or the part number. I bought it from the MB parts counter, it needed to be ordered, about £20 iirc..
