ive used mercsonly, not very impressed, made me wait for ages and then gave me a free t-shirt to compensate for the waiting. anyway these people only like working working on newer mercs which use the diagnostic equipment and IMO dont like working on older mercs or keep many parts in stock. if you drive a recent merc then you should be ok, otherwise if your driving an old skool merc like myself i would recommend amc in wandsworth.

AMC are very good,i used them in the past for a few years then i moved.

yup, excellent service though a tad bit on the expensive side but at least they provide a courtesy car for peanuts until your cars repaired. coincidently everytime i have gone to amc's they always seem to have loads of w210's in the workshop but theres a senior mechanic there called Bill who is excellent with the old skool mercs w201. w123, w126 and w124 and a guy at the desk called Graham who is very friendly and helpful. i told him about the mb forum and said that i would be giving AMC's a feedback on this forum once work was done. he even gave me a bit of a discount but anyone using them please mention the mbclub, it might go in your favour.

My car is due for the B service and have been using Merc-Benz in Cowley Uxbridge for some years, but recently not been happy with them. The management and technicians have changed and it's not the same place.
They want £391.83 compared to £245.00 with MercsOnly.
However, after reading the various web blogs, I will not be chancing my car with MercsOnly !! Also learned that the owner is a Mrs Shashi Kiran Gossain (i have no issue with female owners) but her background is running a chain of Pharmacies and from what I read she is in only for the money. Well who isn't when running a company, but I expect a good service and from reading the blogs I do not think this is the place for me
On that note: Does any one know of a good place to get my service done, near NW London? Pleas let me know

The ABS problem was fixed when the car was serviced at Boxer Motor Works, for £30.00.
Will not be going back to Mercs Only in Hanwell.

I used these guys to service my car. My engine was overheating and I knew from the AA guy that it was the viscous coupling. When I went to Mercs Only they tried to convince me that I also needed a new radiator. Anyway had the viscous coupling changed by an indie and I have had no problems. So......they are trying to fix problems that dont exist!!!!! Not going there again if they are cheaper (and I am not sure about that). Would prefer honesty.
