Missing Centre Hub and Cap on Aftermarket 20" Alloy, Need Help!

Hello, so recently I bought a car and when it arrived the garage said that one of the centre hubs wouldn't screw back on. I've looked all over for a replacement and still no luck. The plastic cap screws into the alloy holding the metal hub in plate. Has anyone seen this design of centre hubs anywhere on the web?? I've attached an image of the backside of the cap and hub look like, also the alloy with it on.
