Hi guys. I got my tow bar electrics upgraded to 13 pin and paid the extra for the dedicated loom so it would tell the car the caravan is connected etc. When I got the car back the auxiliary battery malfunction was on the dash and the fitter asked me was that on before and I said no. I thought it might go off after a few days as maybe the battery was drained after the fitting. It didn’t go off and I also noticed the stop start no longer worked either. So I looked around and it was suggested to change the battery and this would sort the issue. I got the battery changed and the error is still there. The tow bar fitters are adamant is nothing related but to me it’s too much of a coincidence. Any ideas ?
