ml320 aftermarket head unit

hi all

just got a android head u it from ebay switches on no sound .. think theres a amp but all wires have been cut and joined ect so used the old head unit to see what was powering the amp and it looks like a were the radio antena plugs into tryed that but wont get power was just woundering if theres any way to keep power going to this lead i have posted picks of the wire ect and were it plugs into on the old unit

this does not do anything i have been testing with the old head unit unclipped when it was on and still have sound with the old unit .. when i plug in the new unit exact same way as the old unit no sound strange
