ML350 Viewing, any history?

Hi all,

I am going to look at the following car, I am wondering if anyone knows about it? The reg is EF12 NZK, where previously had reg J3 RDO

The owner said it's for mix of MB and inde service history. I got a garage to check the service history record and there is only 1 record 2013. Is it possible that they had fail to record them?

If anyone knows anything about this car, that will be great.

Strange that a car has no traceable history at least for the first three years whilst still under warranty ?

Have you asked MB for any SH as it is nearly all now digital , when i had my CLS i always asked for a printout at every service so i had some paperwork to show when selling the car.

Has the car been serviced whilst in the present ownership , if so they must have something to back it up if it was done.

Yeah i asked a garage with the system and they checked it for me. In 2013, it only had an oil change and no other record.

I have asked the owner for any details they have.

Reading the above MOT history, am I right in saying it is missing a year 2017-2018? That would give me a cause for concern although there may be a reasonable explanation.

Not sure if it is still possible to get the vin from a reg so you know the spec. No doubt someone will be along shortly with more knowledge than me to advise.

Could be that the car was "inbetween owners" and sat on a dealer's forecourt

Could this be because of a change of reg? As in the cherished number was taken off and replaced with the original?
