Monte Carlo

I love that place. My grandparents used to live there so used to visit them every year. The cars there are amazing. Did you go to the ferrari dealership just off Boulevard Albert 1st (pit straight). Some amazing cars and if you look into the workshop there are always about 20 Ferrari's up on the ramps. Last time I was there there were 2 F40's in there.

You just cannot beat driving down to the South Of France, stopping on the way in various camp sites or Hotels. Monte Carlo has a magic to it, and the roads and sceneary from the mountains is breathtaking .Just walking along the front of the marina watching all the people having dinner on their yachts ! We once saw Roger Moore !!!! Had four cokes in the Cafe de Paris 10 years ago ( opposite the casino _ celeb spottin.....cost £4 a coke then..... You can always do it on a budget though camping with Euro Camp and buying your grub from the local supermarket, and then puttin on ya best gear at night... and ponce around with the best........sorry going on a bit here but just have magical memories of the place. Anyone wants me to reccommend a good caravan camp site give me a shout !;) :)

I did wonder about where the Ferrari dealer might be but didn't pursue it. Took 55 mins to do a 'lap' but I turned off too early up the hill and went round by the big Zara shop - looping back round the back to join Casino Square! Nice sort of 'sweet' smell to the place. Another goal of life to tick off.

Had packed lunch on Lowes :D!
