Hi zakh,
Yes that is 'Blue-Black Metallic' (sometimes called pearl). It can look graphite black in some light, darker almost metallic black in others, and in the sun it can catch showing different hints of blue etc.
I'm not keen on automatic 16 valvers, it doesn't really suit the engine very well (revvy 4 cylinder), would be better suited to something like the 190E 2.6 (six cylinder) IMO
Both front seats are electric on that example you show
Other than that, the only other things that I find offputting are the wheels (non original and wrong colour!), the tow bar (on a 190E 2.5-16

) and the steering wheel (it's taken away from the originality of these collectable cars and will also be blocking the speedo from view

)
The front indicator lenses are non original too, but they are at least tasteful and in keeping with the character of the car.
Personally I think £5k is a little expensive for the reserve. It may well have a rebuilt engine, but for not a great deal more wedge you might be able to find a more original example that will hold it's value better in the long run. In it's fairness, it's got a decent spec with full leather, rear headrests, sunroof and both seats being electric. I'd like to check the air con out properly on a car of this age, normally it won't be working.
Good luck if you decide to bid
