MOT brake advice

Afternoon all,

Got my car MOT'd yesterday, aside from some unexpected shenanigans with emissions, it got an advisory on rear brakes. Could someone assist in deciphering the print out please?

Does this mean the pads are 62% worn and the discs are down to 4mm or is it the other way around? Also, I'm assuming the 10's above mean virtually brand new?

Looks like an amber warning on rear pads , 4mm rears. 10mm front . 62% wear

I'd say so . The light will come on the dash very soon , if the sensors are working.

4mm discs are moped territory . 4mm pads ? time to look for new pads.
