Looking for help please guys.
I have a 2016 C350e and the suspension looks like it is stuck on its highest setting.
The car looks like a 4x4 or pick up and the ride is hard as hell.
Doesn’t lower when in sport or sport+ mode nor when going over 35mph
All 4 corners are the same, no low spot at all.
As well as the above issue, which I’ve had for approximately 2weeks, today the Command system has started to continuously reboot.
The screen comes on for about 30 seconds or so then goes off and reboots back to the MB start up screen.
The screen will not stay on for long enough should I need to change any vehicle settings.
Coincidence or do these systems have shared resources?

Just to clarify: have you owned this car for a while, or have you only just bought it ?

And, to ask an obvious question - sorry but - did anything happen just before the change two weeks ago? A long trip ? A drive through flooded roads ? Carried a heavy load ? Loaned the car to anyone else?

What kind of mileage is on the car? Has it been serviced in 2023 ?

Thanks Mike
I’ve had the car since new, it was my company car.
No events to trigger it, no long trips and has not been through any floods and it was serviced in June 2023 by my regular independent.
The only other user has been my wife and that was just a pub pick up 😀
The car has 48600 miles on it.
I’m now getting a malfunction alarm which shows the orange outline of the car but this is all.
The only other alarm I had was an aux battery warning but only the once.

Thanks Mike

The only shared issue that I can think of is low battery voltage. But it's a bit of a long shot, because low battery voltage will also cause a host of other issues.

I think there's no way around it, you'll need to have the fault codes read.

Take the car to an independent specialist with STAR. You can also buy an iCarsoft MB v3.0 which will be useful if you intend to keep the car for the longer term.

Just for elimination of doubt, am I right in thinking that you're thinking low 12v Battery voltage ? (Not the hybrid battery battery)

Thanks for the info.
Independent has ordered me a replacement aux battery for figment hopefully this week - I’ll advise on outcome.
