Mystery part

I found this hard rubber part under my w202 c240T. Can anybody identify where it comes from and it's place on the vehicle. Intake manifold perhaps??

Had any work done to it recently which it may have become dislodged from?

Presume it was found under the front of the car from your wording, but is the under tray in place, if not - centre, offside, nearside?

Thanks all, but where exactly does it fit and supposedly goes?? Correct, it is a M112 engined vehicle.

Not familiar with that engine, sorry. Does this help? It looks like part of the engine cover accessories to me.

PULL OFF THE ENGINE COVER take note were the back left corner is when you turn it up side down you will see a tab in it that the rubber slides in to

a little tip when putting engine cover back on make sure this rubber is fitted first so as the rest line up easier ill take a pic if you need
