Hi has anyone used this product it has good reviews! is this really the best stuff I can use?

Try Wolfs Body Wrap. Much easier to use, fantastic results.

What colour is your car?

Light colours tend to work better with sealants and dark colours with wax, apparently. Not a hard and fast rule, it depends what kind of look you want and what kind of durability you are after. I have Tenorite Grey paint and use Blackfire Midnight Sun wax - dead easy to use, looks awesome and makes the flake really pop - there are colours in the paint I had no idea were there!!

Thanks guys in answer to some of your questions I have a silver Merceded C200 elegance Kompressor and am looking for a sealed polished car that looks good most of the time!
Have you any recommendations for glass tratments please?

No matter which product you use remember the golden rule.

P. P. P. P. P. P.

Then it will look great.

With a silver car I'd definitely look at the Wolfs Body Wrap...

For your glass I would use Gtechniq G1 - amazing stuff. Will last 20000 miles and I rarely need to use the wipers when it's raining. It's not easy to apply and you need to follow the instructions to the letter but I would recommend it.

Superspec - +1 on the Gtechniq G1, fantastic stuff.

I would also like to put forward the C2 from the Gtechniq range, another good sealant, can be used on any surface, and is very easy to apply.

As with the finish, all will be let down by a poor surface prior to application. The pre-treatment will determine the quality of the final finish.

Just to let you know Elite Detailer Ltd - Car Care Detailing Products 3m, Bilt Hamber, Nanolex, Zaino, Valet Pro, stock Nanolex Nanowax, it is a VERY good product with regards to protection and it is EXTREMELY durable.

MB Club members also get 5% Off all Orders using Coupon Code: MBC100.

I noted Collinite also mentioned in an earlier reply, which we also stock and TODAY ONLY the full range has 20% Off using Coupon Code: TUESTREAT.

However, to help you further, if it were a choice between the two on quality terms Nanolex wins. Nanolex sealents are altogether the superior product.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards,
Elite Detailer.

It is not actually a "wax" but a wax/very mild polish, so a one stage product

Yes it does give good results but, as with most Nonoex products, is it worth £18 for not much?

Lots of others to choose from

You don't need much, because you won't use much, my field testing sample of 25ml enabled me to complete 4 cars, the best application for Nanowax is via a DA as you want thin even coats.

With a silver car I'd definitely look at the Wolfs Body Wrap...

I really like Wolf's BW, but it's a pure sealant and will not remove or disguise and defects, so unless the paintwork is prepped well then you will not get the full benefit.
