Hi,
I am just wondering why do the new 2009+ SLK55 AMG have a 4-piston callipers rather than the 6-piston that they usually use on the SLK55's?
I had a go in one on tuesday at MB and I loved it, as usual but I noticed the brakes are smaller than the 2005-2008 slk55's?
New facelift one has 4pot at the front and 2 at the back
pre-facelift one has 6pot at the front and 4 at the back.
Does anybody know the reason behind this rather weird move by MB/AMG?
Thanks.
