Ordered my new model A200 via broker Drive the Deal website and was put in toych with inchcape oxford Mercedes dealership who have said was due to arrive with us at the end of June and has unfortunately slipped weekly - End of June, 9th July, 17th July and now 3rd August.
It now shows as having a Blocking Operation Hold which is something that they say they have no control over.
I have given the dealer £1000 deposit and have contacted MB customer complaints last week who said they will look into it. Have heard nothing back except excuses such oh it's an embargo, or missing part or they will get me a substitute car. Any idea what I should do next, please?
