That would make sense if current and recent AMG model designations were based upon actual displacement, but they’re not and haven’t been for years.Maybe it should be badged C20E

The last model which did was possibly the C 32 and SLK 32 which was launched more than 20 years ago, and I can’t think of a more recent example.
35, 43, 45, 53, 55, 63 and 65 just denote the relative position in the range hierarchy, and none of them actually reflect the engine capacity in decilitres.
