New MB owner [SL55]

Well, I've been lurking for months, and recently (2 months ago) purchased a 2003 SL55 AMG V8 Kompressor, in Topas Blue.

This is actually only my second car—my first was a mkiv Supra! Reason being that I was quoted about £3k to insure a metro when I was 18, and then decided not to get a car until I was older. After selling my Supra, I moved to Japan for a few years, and now I'm back in the UK, but with a V8

I live in Letchworth, and work in Cambridge, and love my ~ 1 hour commute! Who else can say that? Not many of the sad-looking faces I see around me each morning, that's for sure!
