New member with probably a stupid question

Hello to all members, name is Tommy and I’m new to the forum and the the Mercedes brand.

I was wondering if anyone can answer a question that I can’t seem to find an answer to regarding my car.

My car is a 2011 Mercedes e class 250 .

The problem I have is at night the auto gearstick in centre console does not illuminate to show which gear you are putting the car into …..I’m assuming this is supposed to illuminate? , if it supposed to illuminate is it an easy bulb to replace?

Would be very grateful for answers on this as I’m getting nowhere trying to find out.

Welcome, Tommy, pretty sure it does light up, somebody will be along soon to tell you, shouldn't be to hard to fix.
