New Poles on A3

Hi,

Does anyone know what the new poles are that they are putting up along the A3 are? They seem to have a conical part at the top and a little platform.

They seem to be putting them up on both sides of Junc 10 M25.

CCTV - traffic monitoring - The one at the Cobham junction is anyway. With the congestion on the M25 as cars try to get on to the A3 they don't appear to have any cameras to see what's going on on the A3, especially the Cobham junction in the mornings. Sometimes it's backed up all the way onto the M25!
