New to ML500

Hi I Live in North wales area and recently bought a 2005 ML500, (love at first sight ). Though this is the first Mercedes I am used to quirky, troubled cars .
I have joined as I am sure i will require advice on the "quirks" of my ML500. So any tips or help gratefully taken on board.
Anyone know where I could get a physical service or workshop manual. seem to be lots of digital offers on ebay
but I cant seem to find a Haynes like book.

Hi all and Thanks for the welcomes.
Had the air conditioning done today, New Condenser fitted as the old one was full of pinholes. Got a local firm called "wecoolanycar.com" The guy came to my house and fitted the condenser unit and regassed it
Poor man estimated two hours but its an 18yr old car and every bolt was solid. took him over four hours. Cars nice and cold now and a two year warranty.
Ordered four tyres and now the tailgate stopped locking. Oh the joys of motoring.
