newbi with problem

hello im rob from padstow been searching google for a problem i have and came across this forum so sorry first post is a problem.i have a 09 e320 cdi om642 engine full service history every now and again when i start it up it revs to about 1000 for about 30 seconds norm about 7500 also at about 2000 rpm driving along it will stutter in changing gear but only once maybe twice a week any help welcome please and thank you...rob
