Hi folks.Im a newbie thinking/wanting to buy a w124 ce300.
Looking for advice on what to look for.
Been offered this.

Sat up for 2-3years hence flat tyres. 141000km looks in good condition no rust as it has lived on the Costa del sol all its days.I havent a clue whats under the bonnet (AMG/BRABUS I hope! but doubt) Full black leather,Headliner falling down as somebody has put an ariel bang dead center of the roof No ITV/MOT. It ran fine untill the owner fell ill
so he says. Im looking for any advice what to look out for. Oh its a MANUAL 600 euros.Im dead keen on buying this so all your help would be appreciated. Thanks

Seems cheap.

Check the head gasket for oil leaks and oil in the water.

Oh BTW I live 21T's I have had one and miss it greatly. Can I see a pic?

Nice one guys! Thanks! Yeh I got a shock at the price too. Sounds to cheap but there is quiet afew(300ce) of them in this area. I will get pic of car and my R21t asap.ta

Hi Went to have another look at the car today while the owner wasnt there.
Still not seen under the bonnet or the paperwork but still got a big WANT lol.
Just need a wee bit convincing so please please let me know what you think.

Hi mate. The car has been sitting 2-3 years so 1 flat and the rest are soft. The main roads Motorways are excellant .Country roads are pretty good to but still have to keep your eyes open for the odd pothole. We have had a pretty wet winter this year(raining today). I see your from Bathgate.Is the TWIG and the DREDNOUGHT still open LOL
