No memory seat pre set buttons

Hi

I recently bought a 2019 Mercedes GLE, however the car came without pre set buttons. Does anyone know where I could get these installed?

Hello
This feature is only available on Premium and Premium Plus models.
The standard and Executive trims did not come with memory seats.
From 2019-2020 (early V169) years blanking buttons were provided.
From 2021MY onwards the door panels were changed to avoid having the blanking panels.

Hi thanks, I do have a premium model so was surprised it didn’t come with it.

That’s a bit strange then. I have attached the 2019 brochure. Do you have the OASIS sheet which states exactly which options are fitted?

I don’t have the oasis sheet, I don’t seem to see your attachment?
