non starter

hi everyone

i have a merc vito '99 dci, the other day driving to work, my radio started turning off and on again, heaters stop working.
about a mile later i pulled up at work, turned the engine off, and everything come back on.
#later i re started the van, but nothing, jump started it to get home, now it just wont start.
when i turn the ignition, there is just a clicking noise from under passsenger seat?

the battery and alternator were changed about 3 months ago, still thinking it was the battery changed it again the other day, but still nothing.


can someone please help

Does everything apart from the starter circuit work? If so, it sounds as though the starter relay is working but either the current is not reaching the starter motor, or the starter motor is faulty.

Could be a faulty earth whith the random electrical faults you described
