Not sure where it comes from - that ad was the first time I'd seen it used. A quick Google search seems to suggest it means "in good condition".

This sort of advertising seems to be more common in the US, -I spend a lot of time on US Ebay drooling.... at big block V8's and Mopars, but sometimes ladies tend to get in the way..
