Due to the need for four doors, and the recent purchase of a Jag (I must be mad…), I’m reluctantly putting my CLK up for sale. I’ve owned this car since October 2005, and in the last few years it’s been a second or third car. It’s always been kept garaged, and has been very well cared for. It has covered 92000 miles, with full main dealer history apart from the last two, which were carried out by Mercland, all on time as per the MB Assist, which is showing a ‘B’ Service due in 9100 miles. It has only had two owners before me.
Spec/details:
June 2000 CLK 320 Avantgarde (3.2 V6, 5 Speed Auto/tip)
Obsidian black with Orion grey leather.
17” AMG wheels (factory fitted), with good tyres (225/45/17 Michelin Pilot Sports front, 245/40/17 Falken FK452 rear)
Partial electric seats, air con, electric windows & mirrors,cruise control etc
Pioneer stereo with Bluetooth hands free built in, MP3, remote control, motorised front panel, and full I-Pod control with the dock in the glove box. I still have the original MB stereo, which will come with the car (no wires have been cut so it can be refitted)
The only other non-original item is the colour coded front grille, but again, I still have the original chrome grille which will come with the car.
It is taxed to 30/9/13 and the MOT is due 9/10/13. It’s HPI clear.
I have kept all invoices for servicing etc since I’ve owned it, I have all the MOTs since 2004, and I have all the original handbooks including the fully stamped up service book.
The car is in superb condition for it’s year inside and out, the paint is excellent, having been waxed regularly, and the bodywork is rust free, with no parking dings or dents anywhere. The seats and carpets are excellent, it still has the original light grey MB mats – with dark grey mats over them. No dead pixels in the dash cluster. It has never been smoked in. The engine and gearbox are smooth; it drives just as it should.
