Hi i am a newbie here. I brought a E63 5.5 bi turbo about a month ago, absolutely am in love with the car.

Ì thought to be on the safe side id get a major service done and a gearbox service. Once the service was done the garage told me about 6 oil leaks the engine had. There telling me its an engine out job, but not sure if its worth it. None of the leaks actually drip and in 1000 miles the oil level hasn't dropped. Ill try and post some pics on here.

Would you just leave them?

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.
Good choice of car. Still miss mine.
Quite a few owners here to help if you have issues.

Good that the warranty will fix those leaks. There will be a large labour bill to settle.

The garage has looked at it. And there aren't any error codes. They have the current software number. But unsure if its an old or new update. How will we tell?

Thanks

Correct.....its irrelevant what they say....your dealer is liable......if they want to claim via your warranty cover that's up to them. Speak to them first. I cant imagine the warranty will be the slightest bit interested in several small pre-existing oil leaks.

TBH I bet the dealer just offers your money back rather that sorting all that out.
