OK, who would have the cajones to take hands off the steering wheel?

Regarding the Auto Park. I’m guessing it’s an awesome feature and if one were to use it at EVERY opportunity it’d become valued.

The problem is that most drivers (me included) don’t like to persevere with anything new or different.

I’ll bet those on the forum who have curbed a wheel or 2 could have saved a few quid had they used auto park. 😜

Did you find yourself drifting off a bit though? That would be my concern - if i suddenly had to intervene and i'd mentally switched off a bit. To be honest i find this with cruise even - i have to more consciously stay alert.

When my car is on autopilot, I am fully alert at all times and focusing on the road ahead. And yet, somehow I am less tired after a long drive. It works for me.

The main reason I don't use the auto park feature is that the car needs a much bigger space than I would need for manual parking.... and living in London, big parking spaces are not common.

Likewise. You just arrive less tired! It’s still driving, but less mental effort.
