Om605 oil?

Hello,i just bougth w124 with om605 turbo from c class 97', and i was wondering what oil to put in it.
Engine is in good condition with ~170.000km on clock.
I want to put 5w40 mobil fully syntetic but also want to hear is that okay for this engine and what oil type would some of you reccomend.

Any mercedes spec 10w40 would be my oil of choice for an old OM motor..

Yes Castrol 10w40 from new , and the same throughout its ; life .
